Export as a PDF file

You can export the current presentation as a PDF file at any time.

  1. Click on the main menu icon in the top left screen corner. The icon only appears when you move the mouse cursor to the top left. It looks like this:

  2. Choose “PDF Export”, select a page format and other options to your liking, watch the export happening

  3. And you’re done!

We went at great lengths to give you the most complete export possible. The PDF even includes embedded gadgets and iFrames - if you have Tableau dashboards embedded, for example, the export will include it - in the exact state you see it in the presentation, with all filters applied!
